Water injected screw compressors are widely used in high-end industries such as electric power, aerospace, chemical industry, textile, water affairs, electronics, medicine, food, bottle blowing and cap making, laboratories and other high-end industries and fields with special process requirements. The compressor, the lubricating medium adopts pure water that meets the drinking water standard, and is equipped with high-performance stainless steel components. There is no lubricating oil component in the entire compression system. Therefore, the compressed air produced is pure and oil-free at CLASS 0 level!

7-inch large touch screen intelligent controller, powerful control and communication functions.
The original water-lubricated screw host from the German technology research and development center is adopted.
The screw main engine adopts three-wire meshing and non-equal-width tooth technology. The meshing pair is in contact with the water film, which does not wear and has good force balance.
The screw host, pipeline and parts are all made of corrosion-resistant special stainless steel.
Adopt SKF bearing and independent internal air sealing technology to ensure that the lubricating water never contacts the bearing and maintain the service life of the bearing

The compressed air is cleaned by lubricating water, which is more clean and can be directly used for breathing. The focus of saturated compressed air is lower, and the water content of compressed air is more than 25% lower than that of ordinary dry screw air compressors on average.

More Details

The main engine of the oil-free water-lubricated compressor, its casing, star wheel and rotor are made of stainless steel and special alloy materials, and are processed by a special CNC special machine to ensure that the core components will never scale and rust.
The main engine adopts a single-screw structure, and the screw meshes with the left and right star wheels to compress to ensure the mechanical balance under pressure and achieve the effect of low vibration and low noise.
The main shaft of the main engine and the output shaft of the motor are connected by an elastic coupling, and the running speed is less than 3000rpm, and there is almost no transmission loss
The water-lubricated compressor uses water as the sealing medium. The operating speed and temperature are very low. There is no lubricating oil in the system, which can ensure that the discharged compressed air is clean and oil-free.
The whole system is composed of stainless steel parts and control parts that meet food-grade standards
