Description
  1. Inhalation process: The motor drives the rotor. When the tooth groove space of the main and slave rotors is transferred to the opening of the inlet end wall and compressed, the space is large, and the outside air is filled with it. When the end face of the inlet side of the rotor turns away from the shell When the air inlet is installed, the air between the tooth grooves is enclosed between the main and slave rotors and the casing to complete the inhalation process.
  2. Compression process: At the end of suction, the closed volume formed by the main and slave rotor tooth peaks and the casing decreases with the change of the rotor angle, and moves in a spiral shape, which is the "compression process".
  3. Compressed gas and oil injection process: During the conveying process, the volume is continuously reduced, the gas is continuously compressed, the pressure is increased, and the temperature is increased. Compression, lower temperature sealing and lubrication.

Therefore, it is necessary to set the temperature control valve so that the oil supply temperature is not lower than the set value.
  6. The oil and gas separation system adopts imported oil and gas separation elements, which have good effect and long service life. Under normal circumstances, the oil content of the exhaust gas is less than or equal to 3ppm.
