Oi-free Screw Blower

Oil-free screw, the main engine is composed of 6-4 male and female rotors with the same diameter, relying on a pair of high-precision synchronous gears to mesh for operation, and carbon ring seals are used to seal between the bearing and the compression cavity. There is no oil in the compression chamber, providing customers with clean and oil-free air.

  • The main engine adopts the Y-4 type twin-screw rotor specially developed for the blower

The screw blower is based on the principle of adiabatic compression, with a total efficiency of more than 75%, which is more than 20-35% energy efficient than that of the Roots blower.
