Description
  1. Magnetic suspension bearing, which uses electromagnetic force to achieve rotor suspension, no contact, no friction, no lubrication, and long life.
  2. Hydrodynamic impeller, aluminum/titanium alloy centrifugal impeller, back-bending design, high-speed milling and forming by five-axis machining center, variable efficiency of 97%.
  3. High-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor, which directly drives the impeller, completely eliminates the transmission loss, the speed is up to 75,000 rpm, and the efficiency is over 97%. The magnetic suspension control technology controls the position of the rotor axis, adopts self-balancing technology, and the vibration amount is an order of magnitude smaller than that of traditional bearings.

  3. Magnetic bearing, FE optimized magnetic design and minimized eddy current; high load capacity up to 10kN radial and 20kN thrust; verified by force value measurement; rotor unbalance compensation and dynamic support stiffness;
