Description
  1. Due to the high temperature generated by the high-speed operation in the gas compression, the dry compression requires cooling measures to ensure that the shape of the body does not change. Therefore, the compressor casing is designed with a double-wall structure, and the interlayer is used for cooling liquid (air-cooled unit) or Cooling water (water-cooled unit) circulates to cool the compressor. In the compression chamber, the hot air is compressed and discharged through the rotation of the twin-screw, and the compressed air is discharged after being cooled by the air cooler.
  2. A cooling channel is designed on the outside of the compression chamber, and the heat of the compression chamber is taken away through the circulation of cooling oil (air-cooled type) or cooling water (water-cooled type), so that the working temperature of the compression chamber can be effectively controlled and the service life of the rotor coating is improved.
  3. The rotor adopts a newly designed rotor patent profile, and after more than 20 processes of finishing, the accuracy and reliability of the rotor profile are guaranteed.
