Correct use of the refrigerated air dryer is an important prerequisite for obtaining the required dew point compressed air, saving regeneration energy and prolonging the service life of the equipment. The refrigeration dryer is rarely used alone, and the refrigeration dryer is used together with the filter in almost all pneumatic pipe networks. (1) Main line filter. Its function is to remove large-sized liquid water droplets and body particles in the compressed air intake. In the long run, the water removal effect of the cold dryer will be greatly reduced, and the outlet dew point will also increase at the same time. Therefore, oil-free air is provided for the use of oil-based air compressors to meet the needs of precision instruments, painting, pharmaceutical packaging and electronics industries.

(3) Micro oil mist filter. Most of the moisture is removed after being treated by the cold dryer, but due to various reasons, there may still be certain impurities in the air, or the air quality cannot meet the requirements of the process. At this time, it needs to be installed at the outlet of the cold dryer. One filter: activated carbon adsorption filter: filtration precision: 0.01um, residual oil rate only: 0.003PPm. It is used in food, hospitals, pharmaceutical factories, diving protection gas, high-efficiency degreaser post-filters, and oil vapors that cannot be removed by adsorbent degreaser filters.
